Focus Wheel, Law Of Attraction & Healing

Focus Wheel, Law Of Attraction & Healing

Creating a vision board or a focus wheel for law of attraction can be an empowering addition to your practice when you want to maximise your health and wellbeing. We need to be saturating ourselves with what it is that we are desiring and finding different ways to move towards and to achieve this. I have talked about visualisation, affirmations and meditation so now let’s focus on this technique and see how it might apply.

Your Healthy Focus Wheel

We all know basically what a board or wheel consists of – pictures and images that remind us of what it that we are aspiring to and want in our life. It’s a physical manifestation of what we want to create in in life. I’ll leave the creativity side to you but I will share some insights in how to create a powerful vision board. Whatever you include in your wheel, it is really important that it is something that resonates with you in a positive way and is something that you are comfortable about aspiring to.

Take some time to think about what you are going to include – what does health mean to you and what can represent this to you in a meaningful way. Health can be defined in many different ways and is very personal. For example, the image of a gumtree represents stability, endurance and strength – qualities I want for myself in terms of my health. So think – and feel – through different ideas and see what you come up with.

A really great example when it comes to health is to think about including pictures of nutritious foods and beverages which you can have on your focus wheel because the law of attraction is going to make it easier for that to come into your life. You can even get artificial and authentic looking fruits and vegetable and use those for the 3-D look!

Make It Emotional Focus

They way you construct your board is up to you – no rules apply. As long as you like what you have created and more importantly you have an emotional connection to it – that’s what counts. I like to use a piece of plywood which can be painted or covered with beautiful wrapping paper. You can buy an inexpensive picture frame and use that and if your items are not flat, then you can leave off the glass. You may prefer to have your vision board on the computer – perhaps as your screen saver. Remember, it is your feelings and emotions about your creation that count.

Creating The right Space

While make your creation, it’s important to consider it to be like a meditation as you get in touch with deeper aspects of yourself and the meaning of health ands healing for you. You need to be still, quiet, focussed. Ideally use some of the fine tuning techniques I mention in my article, meditation and healing to help make your creation come alive and allow for the inspired thoughts and ideas to come to you while meditating.

So be creative and be inspired as you create your vision board and please remember the essential ingredient – positive emotions towards those things that you are aspiring to.

Hi, It’s Andrew Collishaw here and I’ve been practicing Naturopathic & Homoeopathic medicine for 30 years’ here in Australia and over this time I have come to see just how important out mindset is when it comes to health and healing. Now we can use natural medicines to treat someone and it can facilitate healing. But if we can add to that a positive mindset (to put is very simply) then that can make a massive difference. Now mindset is not really law of attraction, but is part of it.
